Exclusions on quotes and invoices:
- Certifications (3rd party and/or other)
- Shipping, transport and packaging
- Customs clearance, documentation and other customs related functions and documentation
- Any items, labour or consulting not expressly stated on quotes / invoices
- Drawings, designs and their details, work instructions not stated on quotes / invoices
- Customisations except for where agreed as part of the costing
- Commissioning and handover except for where agreed as part of the costing
- Quotations valid for 30 days
General:
- Elite Mechatronics (Pty) Ltd is not VAT registered
- Additions and changes to designs and products will be billed at normal hourly rates
Delivery:
- Ex Factory – Centurion, Pretoria
- Lead time dependent on machine – typically 90 days from deposit confirmation
- Exclude specialised packaging that might be required for transportation
Terms of payment:
- Orders of less than R100k, 30% of value of invoice
- Orders of more than R100k, 50% of value of invoice
- Goods remain the property of Elite Mechatronics until fully paid for
